Richard Aguilar  > Events > Things That Happen > Apple Store 5th Avenue Grand Opening
Apple Computer, Inc. launched its first-ever 24/7 retail store today, May 19th, in Midtown Manhattan. I waited on line to get into the store from about 10:30 that morning, and stayed past the grand opening until about 9:00AM the following day. I have never spent 23 hours of my life devoted to a store's opening. It was a historic, star-studded event.
